1st Class Customer Service!

I bought a Hawk a few years ago and discovered when I upgraded my phone it would not connect to the camera. I called customer service and talked to a real, technical, customer service agent.

They sent me a new one! I didn't have to wait for them to troubleshoot the unit. They just sent me a new one with pre-paid shipping for the return.

The new unit works great!

A truly 1st class experience. You have to love a company that stands behind their product.

Game Changer!

Awesome product, works great. Stream it to tablet right next to gun, with the minor delay in camera I can actual turn my view to see the bullet hit target after firing round. I'll be getting a stabilizing scope next. I'm using a Vortex Viper HD 20-60x85 clear as day on first time out at 100 and 200 yards.
