The Ranger+ worked flawlessly for me on it's first use this weekend. I only used it out to 550yds because that's the limit of my range, but I'm sure it would have gone much further. I used it for about 4hrs and the batteries held up fine... I forgot to check how much battery was left after my session though. The camera definitely has to be line of sight with the receiver, even at close distances like 100yds, if there is a tree or something blocking, it will not get signal. Picture quality was great, setup and connection to my tablet was super easy, and once it was setup you didn't have to mess with it to keep it going, just a constant video feed of down range. the delay on the video varied between almost instantaneous, to about 3 seconds. I almost preferred the delay though, it allowed me to look up from the gun and watch the impact on the steel, which is fun when you are slamming it with a big magnum round.

Overall I am thoroughly impressed with this setup and really happy I waited on it, considering the reviews of other camera systems in this price range.

Simple, easy hookup. Makes my spotting scope at the range obsolete when it’s not raining. Very clear picture on my ipad.

The camera system works really great. I like it. They go from 0 to a 1000 yd. Because that's what I usually practice. Thank you for a good product.

This thing is amazing going to take me a little while to figure out how to use all of the features.

I received the unit 2 weeks ago and have used it every day since then. First and foremost I am very happy with the quality and construction. Ease of use is about a 2 minute learning curve. I use with an IPAD so just connect to the Ranger WiFi and then hit the play button.

My son shoots air pistol and we have a 10m range at the house. Previously we used a GoPro camera with an IPAD to have real time viewing of the targets while shooting. Using the Ranger+ instead gives better feedback, a more accurate and maneuverable zoom and last shot indicator. So while it was probably never intended for a 10m air pistol range it works great at that. Also, the battery life is far superior to the GoPro.

I also shoot high power rifle and generally use a spotting scope but have used the Ranger+ the last two weekends and it has made it an easier process.
