Noticed a connectivity problem. Called Longshot and spoke with Jon. Shipped me a new battery immediately. This camera has changed my range time. No more walking up and down. Put up targets, spend time behind the gun. Highly recommend this product!
Charged up the batteries when they arrived, after I installed them the units powered up immediately. Lots of snow on the ground and our first match for 2023 isn't scheduled for a couple more months so that will be the real test to see how long each battery lasts. Just want them to get all the way through the match.

Is very simple to replace the battery pack - 10 mins or less - fast shipping didn't miss a day of shooting

I used mine 2 times aweek at 1300 yds to 1 mile - it will save you ammo in the long run - to me the camera is as important as any other persision tool you use for target shooting...
