Labradar Padded Case review
Good quality, a handy thing.
$ 39.95
This customized large padded carrying case is constructed of 600 Denier fabric with a waterproof backing. It's great for storage at home or while going to the range. It includes a full-length zipper with pull tabs, padded sides, and a rubber covered web handle. There is a large exterior pocket for storage of extra batteries or accessories that has a Velcro closure. It also features an interior pocket for storage of the LabRadar manual or databook. There are two Velcro straps on the back side of the LabRadar case to strap the Bench Mount plate to the padded storage case. A shoulder strap is included with the large padded case.
Good quality, a handy thing.
Perfect for putting table tripod, battery packs etc in. I have one dedicated solely to the Labradar unit itself and love it!
Good case for labradar
Right out of the box it had a quality issue.
Had to send it back to get the SD Card reader to work.
After receiving it, the device did work.
Sighting it in to expose the radar cone to the projectile path is a sensitive adjustment.
Some shots did not fully record, so I burned extra ammo getting it dialed in.
Programming it is easy.
Bluetooth does not work with my Pixel 4XL, so that is a bust.
As much as it costs, it should have an altimeter, and a barometer built into the scheme of things.
I am unsure of recommending this to a friend, you must be patient with it, because it is not easy to go to the range, set it up and test fire loads.
Be aware that additional baggage is needed to take to the range, the radar, tripod, external battery.
My Magneto Speed is compact, and reads nearly identical FPS, and is quicker to set up.
OK so it affects barrel harmonics a little, no big deal, get your data and remove it from the barrel to dial in your groups.
